This is a high explosive, fragmentation (HE-frag) projectile fired either on direct or graze impact by a point detonating (PD) AP-30M fuze.
The fuze is unpainted steel (silver colored), the ogive is painted black, and the body is unpainted steel (chemically darkened). The U.S.S.R. fuze designation is stamped on the fuze.
