Description
This is an armor piercing capped projectile incorporating a high explosive main charge. It is fired from the Soviet M-50 naval gun against armored targets.
No windshield was recovered with the projectile; however the windshield shown is assumed to be continuous with the contour of the cap.
The projectile may be painted olive drab with unpainted bourrelets. Manufacturing markings are stamped on the projectile body, base, and base plug.
