Description

Model 43(T) has a trotyl instead of a nitrolit charge. The mine consists of an explosive-filled glass bottle in a concrete jacket. A 240° segment of the concrete jacket as steel shrapnel embedded in it, the other segment marked by a depression on the top of the mine has no shrapnel. Two metal loops embedded in the concrete near the top and bottom of the mine are provided for fixing the mine in place. The mouth of the glass bottle is fitted with a hollow cork cylinder with a threaded nipple that accepts a pull fuze and detonator.
