Description
These are internally or externally carried, air-launched, fin-stabilized, free-fall, side-opening bombs which employ a mechanical time nose fuze. They are used to dispense leaflets or chaff. The M129, M129E1, and M129E2 are identical except the M129E1 and M129E2 have larger reinforcing plates (strong back). The MJU-1/B has the same physical description as the M129 series leaflet bombs except it is loaded with various types of chaff.
The bombs are olive drab (OD) with white markings.
